high protein weekly meal prep ! 🤸🏼‍♀️🍳✨🥦 fit is “ASHLEN” @DFYNE (I only prep breakfast, lunch, + snacks) honey garlic crockpot chicken : -boneless skinless chicken breast -1/2 cup soy sauce -1/2 cup honey -1/3 cup hoisin sauce -1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar -2 teaspoon sesame oil -3 teaspoon sriracha -2 tablespoon water -sesame seeds -5 minced cloves of fresh garlic I cooked for 3 hours on high, shredded, and then cooked another 30 mins on low to let the chicken soak up the sauce! I had this with jasmine rice + oven baked garlic broccoli breakfast is my go to ONO: -2/3 cup oats -1/4 cup protein for oats “ash” @PEScience -1 tablespoon of chia seeds -milk -chocolate chips Snack is hard boiled eggs !
