The transition from a 70’s shape to a 90’s should be smooth and not a copy-paste model. When we talk about a 90’s cut we’re looking at the shape and keeping some of the weight in but, the cutting approach should be different as we live different times and we have different needs where people don’t have time for a blow dry to make it look good. So the haircut should always be focused on making the hair look great with no effort whatsoever.
