Since #tiktok is about to come down, I’m reposting some of my social disdances+some thoughts on the process for each creation. I made this after taking my dear friend and inspiration @spensermyles ‘ ballet barre on IGLive. The task: tendus in center. 😅 Reverse and 3x speed feature on Tiktok makes this little retrograde sing to a surprise find from @missyhigginsmusic called Hallucinate. *I DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO THIS SONG (But if anyone knows @missyhigginsmusic can you holler?) In the spirit of chance operations: Moves were first recorded to a different piece of music. Then reversed and given vibration exaggerations. Then found harmony with Hallucinate (I think it was the 2nd song I tried). I also enjoy the narrative of the lyrics as a descriptor of the entire process.
