BODYCOMBAT 91 Team - coming to a studio or screen near you !! Now , there was nothing simple or straightforward about this round of filming at the beginning of 2022. The team worked under full on tight new filming guidelines so we could work with this incredible technology and what normally gets filmed inside around 60-75 mins took two days 😮‍💨😭🤣 . We love to leave a small percentage of presentation to what happens in the moment to keep the energy on edge but this technology did not allow for that pleasure . 🤷🏽‍♀️🙈🙀We were however very much on edge ha ha . Looking at the finished product makes me super proud 🥲 of these presenters. It takes a whole lot of preparation , confidence and courage to bring a workout and it’s 🔥fire energy with no live audience through a camera 🎥 to the people on the reviewing end . Thanks to Vilz ( wait till you see his camera skillz in his power track 🕷 🙀🔥🙌🏽👏🏽you will think he is almost coming out of the screen to workout with you ) , Tash (taking the workout to new 🔥 heights in the last round with motivation mastery)and Antoine ( who somehow managed to smash 💥 the Muay Thai for camera 🎥 three times in a row with great fitness and that energy only coachcoach knows😮‍💨🙈🙀🤷🏽‍♀️☠️) for doing all the hard mahi to be ready to learn on our feet as we did over those two days 🔥 Thanks to @rosspeebles the mastermind of our film sets and filming days .
