1 1/4 cup walnuts (plus more for topping)
1/4 cup almonds
1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (1.5 oz) dairy-free dark chocolate bar
1/8 tsp salt (optional, for topping)
