@MADRE_NYC offers contemporary cuisine with different global influences. We went for dinner and it ended up being one of my favorite meals I’ve had this year (tbf, this year was a year of many great eats). Their service is also on point. Here’s what we got: CORNBREAD MADELINES - bee pollen, whipped honey butter. These are served warm and I highly highly recommend them. CHICHARRÓN - cheddar powder, black lime OYSTERS - pickled rhubarb mignonette OCTOPUS - romesco chimole, green chorizo, nopales en escabeche The steak was a special and had an option to add truffle. BANANA SOUFFLÉ - they serve strawberry soufflé now, but yes, order whatever soufflé is on rotation. I'm sure it’ll still be great. CREME BRÛLÉE ...And had to take a picture of my coffee because of the cow🙈 Their mocktails are also really good as well and are executed properly.
