The setting and ambiance is 👍. •Tofu Pork Belly Salad •Squash Arancini That thick cut pork belly really elevated the salad. Arancini was very creamy inside and crunchy on the outside. The pickled zucchini was a nice touch of acidity to balance all that richness. •Rocana Pork Chop⭐⭐⭐ •Sockeye Salmon OK let me start by saying this is probably the best pork chop I've had in a restaurant. Sometimes pork chops could be dry but this was so juicy/moist. It's got that nice char flavour too from the grill. Been here a few times before and idk why it took this long to try their pork chop. Definitely a must order whether it be dineout or not. •Hazelnut Panna Cotta •Mango Sorbet with grapefruit pearls No contest, definitely go for their panna cotta. Different textures from the smooth and creamy panna cotta to the crispy pralines on top.
