My Favorite CHICKEN SALADπππΏπ½
I can't believe I haven't gotten tired of this yet.πThis has been a staple for me allll summer long. It's just too quick and easy to throw together, and it's SO. GOOD.ππ

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. precooked shredded or diced chicken (I boil my chicken, but you can definitely use rotisserie chicken to save time)
1 cup red grapes, halved
3-4 stalks of celery, diced
1 green onion, diced
2 Tbsp fresh dill
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1-2 Tbsp avocado oil mayo (I like @primalkitchenfoods )
1-2 tsp yellow mustard
pepper and salt to taste
If you want to add some crunch, sprinkle in crushed walnuts or sliced almonds! I eat this plain or on bread/in a wrap with lettuce.π½π
