Color grading and video/photo editing are favorite ways to establish style and personality into my work. These are a few of my go-to tips for editing food images to make them pop even more on screen. 1. You need natural lighting. Taking pics inside the kitchen or house without natural lighting will not make editing as effective. Go on the balcony, patio, or to the streets if you need to get that natural glow. It doesn’t have to be super sunny outside (cuz you don’t want harsh shadows). An overcast day is BAE. 2. Exposure and Contrast-controls the amount of lightness and darkness in your food 2. Vibrance and Saturation-enhances the natural colors in food (mostly brown, orange/red, yellow, and green) to make images pop more 3. Tint and Color-controls the color tone and coolness/warmth of your images 4. Clarity and Texture- enhances texture, surface, and details in your food images ...happy editing! #foodphotography #foodphotographytips #blackcreatives #blackchefs #contenttips #contentcreator #adobelightroom
