🍔 Ansh 🍟 Introducing your new favourite burger joint: @anshcymru 🙌 We first heard about Ansh via recommendation from the one and only @findmydine - so, naturally, we had high expectations. And we can safely say this place is deffo worth the hype! Each burger on the menu is named after a famous Welsh figure/character and is loosely based on that character. They even have a mutton curry topped burger named the Betty Campbell! You can really see that Welshness is at the centre of what they do at Ansh - from the dual lingual menus to the locally sourced farm to fork regeneratively farmed meat that they use. Our faves on the menu so far have to be the chicken burger which is cornflake coated and topped with cheddar cheese, Ansh special sauce, and coleslaw - all served in a potato bun. Also the halloumi fries are a must - so fluffy inside!
