1/4 tsp Apple Pie Spice 1 Small apple cut into slices
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP Apple butter (optional) For the Macchiato:
1 shot of espresso
6oz of nutpods Barista Cinnamon Dolce Oatmilk 2-3 tbsp Apple Spice Syrup Topping:
Caramel Drizzle (store bought or homemade) Directions 1. In a small saucepan add, apple juice, water, apple pie spice, sliced apple, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks and apple butter. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes 2. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. Then strain the apple syrup in a medium bowl or mason jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. 3. Macchiato: Froth 6 oz of warm nutpods Cinnamon Dolce Barista Oatmilk (you can microwave milk for about 30 seconds before frothing), add milk to a 16 oz mug, pour in apple crisp syrup, espresso and drizzle caramel on top.
