10 year challenge from Stewardess to Chief Stewardess 👩‍✈️ 🛥 ⚓️ to Yacht Recruitment Agent CEO 💻 What a crazy ten years they were! I’ve learnt a lot along the way, a lot of people don’t realize how easy they have things. I’ve come from flying from country to country for interviews, scrubbing decks as a deckhand, working as a chef, cleaning bilges for engos, and working my way up through the ranks- grafting hard to get to the top. I’ve done probably every course under the sun, and invested my savings & leave into progressing further by studying further qualifications. After making it to where I visioned I wanted to get to in my career, I can honestly say it wasn’t easy, but I made it, and proud to be where I am today.
