#howtomake Creamy Penne Pasta 🍝 Raise your hands if you’re obsessed with tomato based pasta? 🤤 I know I am, and this is one of my favvv recipes 🙌🏻 INGREDIENTS - Penne pasta (al-dente) - 2 tbsp Butter - 2 Garlic cloves (minced) - 2 tbsp Tomato purée - 1 tsp Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp Oregano - 1 tsp Rosemary - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 cup Cream - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup Pasta water - Fresh Basil METHOD - In a pan, add butter and garlic. Then add tomato purée and all the herbs and mix well. - Then , add cream and parmesan and pasta water to get your desired consistency. Add fresh basil and al-dente pasta.
