This is Aahil aka @localfemunu a student from Gnaviyani Atoll Education Centre, Over the past two years Aahil has been helping one of our partner @maldivianmantaproject @mantatrust with oceanic manta research in Fuvahmulah. Most recently he has gone above and beyond to assist a research project looking at Shark diversity and visitation on the Fuvahmulah Reefs. Today, it was a pleasure to help him to visit one of our core area, Hanifaru Marine Protected Area and introducing him to his first ever reef manta rays.
