Both of the blondes pictured are at a level 9 but just toned with different shades. The difference between icy blonde and ash blonde: Icy blonde - hair will still reflect light💡 (Remember my last post about adding just enough gold to the formula that’s when this will come into play) Ash blonde - see the picture above how the ash blonde looks darker? That’s because it absorbs the light.
