I want to congratulate all of my prep & posing athletes that competed yesterday at the 2022 @musclecontest Iron Games. - @peaches_and_cheeks taking home 1st in Open Wellness Class C, and the Open Wellness overall! We trained a whole year for this, after already coming off our 1st show, coming with a vengeance. We busted our asses, and I couldn’t be any more proud of how much work we have invested! This is what wellness is! And I’m glad we have trusted in each for 2 years since the beginning to get to where we are at now! Coach is proud! That’s why I always say it’s more than just stepping on stage it’s about having a dream and goal and accomplishment!
