As I almost arrive to savor one of the last tacos at BS TAQUERIA I can’t help to be reminiscent of how DOPE it was. The people the guest slowly and surely believed in it. I ate and made a lot of great dishes there. But the best part was the squad there hands down some of the craziest yet loyal, dedicated, humble people I’ve ever met. I don’t know if @chefraygarcia ever thought through tacos he would change lives. Gave people the ability to be proud, gave them ownership, you definitely feel it when you messed up. I know it’s only tacos but for me and I like to think that it gave us a place where we can go and do the thing we do best. That’s was cook our hearts out. Left it all on the plate every single time.
