We joined forces with artist Vittoria Mazzonis (@vittoria_mazzonis_art) and researcher Pietro Bortoluzzi (@piereligio_ ) to create - “Alofite Ibride” (Hybrid Halophytes) - a project that utilises a mix of natural elements from the Venetian salt marshes, picked and selected by Pietro and Vittoria, objects crafted by humans and morphed by the natural ecosystem over time - picked and selected by Vittoria, all along with 3D printed sculptures made from 100% recycled plastic filament made by our founder Francesco. All selected elements where graciously assembled by Vittoria Mazzonis, finding balance amongst these contrasting objects, creating Hybrid Halophytes that live on the edge between nature and the man made, finding harmony in their coexistence. The series is composed of 8 shots, 4 of which were exposed in Fucine Vulcano (@fucinevulcano) in Milan during the Re-Spaces exhibition held by Mara Dalle Vedove.
