just made this garlic confit and it’s perfect and so easy to make i’m in garlic heaven add a bunch of peeled garlic cloves, oil, and rosemary to a oven safe pot pop it in the oven at 250 for 2 hours and you’re done!!!! i used a loaf of sourdough but you can use whatever your heart desires ❤️ if you wanna have some fun with it there’s so many different combinations you can try!!! i tried prosciutto, burrata, and hot honey🍯🧄
