Yesterday I did a branding shoot for my Personal Training business @confidencebyrandi with @west_studio after having it on my bucket list for 5-6 years! It was an exciting day. To be completely honest though, I was pretty nervous. Not to meet the man behind the camera, but to see who the girl in front of it would show up as. I hadn’t done a “big photoshoot” in a couple years, and since c0v!d I feel a lot more introverted, self critical, and less confident than I used to. Being isolated for a couple years will do that to you! I’m sure many of you can relate? Sprinkle in moving away from family and friends twice and that’s the cherry on top. I value my alone time, but I’m alone with my critical thoughts more than ever before, and that can be difficult at times as I continue to try and push myself to become the woman I am proud to be. (Word vomit, but now you know some of the inside work I’m working on right now... getting my light back. With that being said, I had a story that I wanted to tell behind the photos we took yesterday. It’s a message to my clients, future clients, and any other female that comes across me online... and a reminder to myself. I wanted to say “you’re powerful, you’re strong, you’re unstoppable. You’re capable of achieving anything you set your mind too. You only have one shot at life, might as well give it your best shot and discover your true potential”... and so much more. So please let this be a reminder of how strength & power that you truly possess deep down inside 🖤 and to work on your mindset as much as you work on your physique.
