It absolutely steals the show 🥂 Ingredients: 5 mint leaves 45ml (1.5oz) Empress 1908 Gin (@empress1908gin) 15ml (0.5oz) Elderflower Cordial 10ml (0.33oz) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice Cloudy Apple Juice, to top Garnish: Mint Sprig and Cucumber Strip Method: Step 1. In a highball glass, swirl a long strip of cucumber around the glass and put in the freezer to chill. Step 2. Slap the mint and add to the glass, along with elderflower cordial and lemon juice. Step 3. Add ice. Step 4. Top with cloudy apple juice. Step 5. Gently pour over Empress 1908 Gin. Step 6. Garnish with a mint sprig. Step 7. ENJOY!
