-pike to tabletop pushup
-bicycle extension
-oblique raise w/ inner thigh focus (both sides)
-low lunge jump cardio burst (both sides)
do each move for 50 seconds with 10 seconds of rest, repeat 5x!
move with me at Studio B this week Wednesday and Friday mornings and try Ashoc at the studio!!
