healthy kitchen restock 🍊🤍 there is no better feeling than having the cupboards full of yummy healthy treats ready for the week 🥰 these are all my current faves to keep on hand - since it’s winter time I’m keeping up that vitamin c with plenty of fruit, and finally back on my supplement game! 🤍 some of my staple foods and supplements to keep in the cupboards: -fruit- always a must for me to have on hand - chosen oranges and lemons this week as i can’t stop making citrusy protein smoothies! however berries are always a great choice to top oats, yoghurt or have as a snack 🫶🏻 -greens and gummies- i love taking my greens in the morning (best to test a few out and find one you love! they can all be so different) - this is a good back up incase you can’t fit that many veggies in your day. also my favourite way to take my vitamins is in gummie form, kind of makes me feel like i’m a kid again? 🙈 b12 is a staple! -healthy bars- keeping my healthy bars stocked up helps for if i need a snack on the go or fancy a quick sweet treat! also they don’t have to be boring, there are so many yummy flavors out there! i bought peanut butter and jelly and cookie dough this week, and i’m excited! making healthy choices can be hard but these few options help to make it easier and fun! try to find the foods that work for you, remember everyone if so different and it’s all about what your own body needs! hopefully these help to give you ideas on things to pick up in your next grocery shop 🍓✨ yoghurts @Trader Joe's gummies @lemme supplement sachets @arbonne granola @Purely Elizabeth bars @mescla @RXBAR @LÄRABAR remember to have fun with it 🥰 #health #wellness #kitchenrestock #healthygirl #motivation #healthylifestyle
