Debut at NYFW for @thefashionlifetour . . This collection is called Musa Filipiniana, inspired from the traditional costume of his country of birth the Philippines but he gave a modern twist for the fast changing times. The eco friendly Musa fabric , was used for the collection which is handwoven banana fiber by the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) of Davao Provincial Jail as par of their rehabilitation as well as make a livelihood for their respective families. The collection is all about celebration and thanksgiving of the gift of nature to men. Its speaks about joy , about love , the vibrant colors speaks about life and love. . .the love for one another, ,the love for nature and our creator and most of all loving oneself .
