Boozy Peppermint Affogato: 2 ounces Trader Joe’s peppermint liqueur Trader Joe’s Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s ice cream 2 ounces espresso Trader Joe’s Candy Cane Baton Cookie I used 3 small scoops of ice cream for this affogato, but you can adjust to your liking.
