The internet lost it’s mind And there were a few ladies that jumped in and said: “Hey. You’ve got to hate yourself enough to make a change.”

“No, I disagree.” Which is fine. You can totally disagree with me. Well, that’s actually A strategy that parts if me used in the past... All of us have parts running a strategy like this ...but it doesn’t always have to be like that. In fact, at some point, that’s going to be your greatest limiting factor. When we parts that hate ourselves for our bodies? 

 We don’t actually improve the experience of whole self. If we think about it: Our body is a reflection of the habits and behaviours we’ve repeated over and over (and over) again. At the same time, it’s also the reflection of all lack of action and all the choices that we’ve made. Truth is? Your body just doesn’t look that way for no reason. My body looks THIS way for A reason. And that’s because of my habits and my behaviours and the language I use towards myself. So there’s a saying: If you can’t appreciate what you’ve got now? Then appreciate what you think you deserve more. Now... A lot of people think they deserve more. But actually, if we started to look after the body that we have now... If we started to look after the things that we have NOW... The whole experience of ourselves and our body would change. If we started to nurture and love the body that we had now? The body would start to change. So I wanted you to revisit this: Can you start to tune in to yourself and make some changes from within? Can you start to create some habits and behaviours that cultivate love for the body that you have now? So you can actually start to build the body that you want to live in?
