Trinidad Sour ————- Ingredients: • 1.5 oz Angostura bitters • 1 oz orgeat • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice • 0.5 oz rye whiskey Instructions: Add everything to a shaker and add ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon peel to bring out the aromatics. Pro tip: If you’re using a dasher bottle, pop off the plastic cap to pour more easily. Just don’t forget to put it back on when you’re done.
