Cismale Sports fans are known to be aggressive and violent globally but in a country like ours where by default cismale violence is the norm and gender inequality is the second highest in the world- it is the job of those privileged to be mindful of how cismale ‘grief’ turns into violence really fast. If Pakistani men can break furniture and TV sets one can only imagine what they do to minorities. 🔪 I do not care about coddling the egos of cismen who care more about sports than they do about minorities. Even during times of loss their male privilege stays very much intact and doesn’t magically cancel out. Women filmed by cameramen in stadiums are constantly objectified, sexualised, stalked, harassed etc by cismen online and irl.
