It’s a ramble, but ... who’s listening? 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 Life never stops teaching you how and what you live for. It took me awhile to come out of my shell, to learn that fear is not my master, and that learning new things and being curious about the world can be fun. Last week, I did something I’ve always wanted to learn - how to make crystal bowls sing. Aside from the technicalities of music, it was such a soulful and intimate experience. Getting to connect and play by intuition was something mind-boggling. But it made me so excited to go back in and try again. My mind stayed still and my chest opened up. Breathing came so naturally as I let the singing quell my most toxic, innermost thoughts. Being in the company of teachers that gave us the courage to try everything and feel everything in front of us was such a delight! All my senses tingled with joy! I know it‘s so cheesy, but it’s true! The simplest things can really make you so so happy. And of course, my husband has to quip about it in the funniest way possible 😂❤️
