Moving here and cooking at a high level made me further realize that my work is art too. It provokes a feeling, and it is to be remembered and respected. Whatever that thing is that’s heavy on your mind and heart, think it out. Develop a real plan. Seek clarity and stillness. and GO all in when you get the green light.
