Suhtain 🫶🏻 Salad Ingredients: * 5-6 Persian cucumbers * 1 red bell pepper * 1 green bell pepper * 1 regular tomato * 1 head of romaine lettuce * 1 bunch of radishes * 1 bunch of purslane (optional) Dressing Ingredients: * 2 cloves garlic * 2 tbsp white vinegar * 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 lemon * 1/2 teaspoon dried mint * 1 teaspoon sumac * Salt to taste Instructions: 1. Dice the cucumbers, bell peppers, tomato, and radishes. Chop the romaine lettuce into thin strips. De-leaf purslane from stems. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, combine minced garlic (sprinkled with a pinch of salt to reduce bitterness), white vinegar, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and the juice of one lemon. Mix well and set aside. 3. Sprinkle the chopped salad with sumac, dried mint, and salt to taste. Toss to combine. 4. Cut pita bread into squares and fry them in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, turning frequently until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool. 5. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly. 6. Top the dressed salad with the cooled pita chips. 7. Serve immediately
