Finally made the viral lasagna soup and it was AWESOME! Super easy to make and the family loved it. Perfect for this time of the year. Here’s everything I used: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 yellow diced onion 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp All Purpose Rub 1 tsp dried Oregano 1⁄2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp black pepper 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp tomato paste 1⁄2 pound Italian sausage 1⁄2 pound ground beef 24oz marinera sauce 5-6 cups beef stock 1⁄2 pound lasagna pasta, broken up 1⁄4 cup heavy cream Shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh basil Be sure to check for salt as you go and add if needed.
