My gf's been slanging cakes all across the state of NY for her cake business, @sweetsbysie. Last weekend, she handled her first wedding cake while also casually being the made of honor. The wedding cake – three tiers of brown butter goodness, slow roasted cardamom preserves, plums, and nutty frangipane.
