RECIPE Ingredients for the Baileys Buttercream 200g unsalted butter, room temperature 450g icing sugar, sieved 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream 2 heaped tbsp salted caramel spread Good pinch of sea salt Method Whisk the butter in a large suitable bowl until it’s pale in colour. Add the icing sugar and careful whisk to combine. Next add the Baileys and then beat together on a high speed. Stir through the salted caramel and sea salt until well combined, you should have a smooth glossy buttercream. Spread the buttercream in the centre of your board, and top with an extra shot of Baileys and a drizzle of salted caramel if you wish. Serve with all your favourite grazing treats.
