moving through the weekend in my @calmesocial fun fact: the moving meditation was created specifically for retreats and later sparked the idea to be the beginning of the recharge method class. i loved the release followed by the movement, breaking open to then celebrate. having a safe space to get to meditate, shake, release, celebrate, and just MOVE this weekend truly brings me so much joy. finding sets that support ALL of my movement is key and if you ask anyone on the retreat, I wore the cashmere sweater all 4 days hahah and traded off between colorblock sets.
