Here’s the video from today..... heard a weird noise seconds before the wheel studs snapped clean off and let go of the wheel. I was able to guide it into the shoulder but that’s when the wheel joined @spacex. Bounced off that mini van and luckily didn’t hit any other cars or construction workers😓 damage looks to be minimal, busted up fender and rotor, wheel somehow survived and looks fine. Recently had studs on the driver side break and replaced them, not sure if passenger side ones were over torqued at one point and stressed. They were torqued to spec a couple months ago and have been driving it daily. Could have been a lot worse.
