I met Noel this summer when they graciously agreed to be photographed for a project about non-binary folks of Milwaukee. Shortly after that they introduced me to their amazing girlfriend Taylor. The couple happily lived together with their beloved pets in Bay View neighborhood. Until recently. Noel was diagnosed with Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, a type of breast cancer. Aside from the emotional challenges that come with facing a cancer diagnosis, their biggest need/burden is financial.
