Ever since I graduated from culinary school in 2011, I have been a massive fan of the legendary @andoniluisaduriz and his restaurant @mugaritz .🐼 This Tuesday, a dream came true. To stand side by side with him and his fantastic team, showcasing impressions from both our restaurants was unbelievable. Months of planning, mashing up visual arts, performances, music, and, of course, the food, culminated in a one-day-only event at Alchemist. 🙌🏼🔥 Thank you to the whole Mugaritz team. It was a true pleasure and a big inspiration for us all at Alchemist. 🙏 And, of course, from the bottom of my heart, thank you Andoni, for being so humble and letting me into your universe – you are a true inspiration ❤️
