Cheeky workout number 2. 250 military (seated, Z press style) with 16kg in each hand. Every time you stop you do 5 deads. ~It’s easy to get in your head when you train that you have to do the “perfect” session. I can even convince myself that not going to workout is better because it wouldn’t have been EXACTLY what I wanted to do. Never believe that voice. That voice is the enemy. That voice is feeding the lies. You can kill that voice by doing the opposite of what it tells you. We’ve all had a really odd couple years. As we pull out of it cut yourself some slack. But never stop working your ass off for your dreams. 👊🏻 @mtntough_fitness
