This shot nearly didn’t happen... . I planned to do it, as I had these gorgeous tomatoes, some from my garden some from the market and some lovely wild rocket growing. . But then, by the time I got home with the girls it was after 5pm and I thought ‘no way can I set up a photo shoot now. . The table, tripod and computer were set up from my cookbook shoot and suddenly, as the sun was getting lower, it was throwing a gorgeous glow onto the bowl so worked quickly and got my shot 😆 .
