I’ve been practicing these words of wisdom myself for years now, and at last this week I’m welcoming my first clients as an Ayurvedic practitioner - sharing these words + the rhythms that inform them intimately. Beaming! I’ll be opening more availability in the weeks + months to come, but for now, maybe the same words will be an inspiration for you: “In the beginning of her life...she often goes about life the hard way - bulldozing her way through school, jobs, opposition, relationships + goals, all but ignoring the rhythms + cycles of nature... ...if [she] studies the laws + patterns of nature, she may begging to take her cues from what these patterns reveal + (happily) surrender to that reality; [she] can learn to recognize the signs that she is running contrary to the natural direction in which events are moving, recognize her own position within this flow, and find joy in cooperating with reality... If her relationship with life is built on awareness and experience rather than ambition + desire, she can move through life easier.
