Very special day over at @fmdgmusic as I got to be part of a Podcast led by @ignasi.cambra and @blindtravelfoundation. He is one of this year’s Blind Travel-Foundation travel grant winners! He is traveling across the U.S. and U.K. to meet blind musicians and their mentors at top institutions. I was very excited to meet him and learn a little about his own musical journey. Ignasi has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Philharmonie de Paris, and concert stages worldwide. He is a distinguished soloist and chamber musician, he is a passionate advocate for accessibility and music education. “Through intimate interviews, live performances, and deep conversations, Ignasi will explore how blind musicians learn, memorize, and interpret classical music—and what makes their journeys so powerful”.
