Just a week in California. Oh man. I’ve spent the past two years dreaming of this place. So much so that I almost thought I had made it up. But it was all still here. The world expanded in a second. This pandemic life has been pretty rough. I’m lucky that I have a good community and a person I love deeply to go through it with. But it only struck me now just how much it’s affected me. If you’ve had a rough go, know you are not alone. I’m so happy to finally see friends I haven’t seen in years and the fact that we can pick up from where we left off. Friends are fucking priceless. I thank my lucky stars for all of them. Also the sun!! Oh my god, how I’ve missed the sun. The world is a big place. Thank god.
