EVERYTHING I ATE IN TOKYO JAPAN 🇯🇵 Day 1! If you’re wondering where to eat when visiting Japan... here’s everything I ate on day 1. We were sluggish to to start with the heat (July in Japan is HOT!) so stay tuned for days 2 and 3 for our best eats 😎 📍 @VerveCoffee at the Shinjuku train station Was a little homesick so... had to order the Valencia latte, and we got the apricot bread for a little snack! 📍 7-11 You’ll find them everywhere and best to stock up on snacks while you’re walking around! 📍 Oreyu Shio in Harajuku S/O to @hennasharee for the rec! We ordered the ramen with karaage and ramen with fried rice. Some of my top tips while traveling in Japan: 🍡 Most places in Tokyo don’t open until 11am! So plan accordingly (and if you have jet lag like me and wake up super early... kill your time walking around, grab breakfast at a 7-11 or Family Mart, or... go back to sleep) 🍡 Use your translate app (I used Google lens) to convert Japanese into English (or your spoken language) by just taking a picture! 🍡 There aren’t public trash bins on the street, so be sure to carry around a bag to hold your trash and don’t litter! 🍡 Carry around yen since some taxis and smaller mom and pop stores don’t take credit card. #japan #japantravelguide #japantraveltips #japantravel #tokyo #tokyofood #ramen #soba #udon #foodinjapan #japanfood #japantraveldiaries #japantravels #noodles #noodletok #ramennoodles
