CHEZA IN TANZANIA 🤸🏾‍♀️🏋🏿‍♀️🧘🏿‍♂️🤾🏿‍♂️💆🏿‍♀️🏊🏾‍♀️👶🏿💃🏿 As some of you know, I am in Tanzania and I am collaborating with a mobility rehabilitation centre called @antoniavernacbr through @artintanzania . I am brining the principles of create conscious community to the therapeutic practises here to encourage more exploration of creativity, movement, play and the important of rest. By using circus props and art to help the kids explore movement and creative expression in new ways and overcome the challenges they face as a result. Atonia Verna Rehabilitation Centre Fundraiser 🌈🌞🧡✨ We aim to raise £500 to buy circus tools 🤹🏿‍♂️ to encourage creative movement for clients with mobility challenges 👩🏿‍🦽. The physio treatment sessions will encourage the clients to overcome their physical challenges in a playful, creative and compassionate way. Teaching the clients and therapists the value of joy, rest and play. No disability is too challenging to support at Atonia Verna.
