🔹Reverse Lunge/Halo - legs/glutes/core and even shoulders/lats when you perform the halo correctly • 12 reps ES
🔹Standing Triceps Extensions - 12 reps

🔹Bridges/Marching Bridges - 6 reps of 2 Bridges X 2 Marching ES
⭐️perform the entire circuit 3-4 times through. Choose a weight that’s challenging but doable with proper form

JK - no excuses - substitute with 60 second plank taps.
