The wife, Anna, called 911 because Brian was having a manic episode on the side of the highway. Anna initially pulled over so she could get Brian's bi-polar meds from the trunk because he was acting strangley. Brian refused to get back in the car and then started taking all his clothes off. This is a very terrifying situation and incredibly sad.
