A Cabin in the Catskills 〰️ Having spent a good amount of time in the Hudson Valley and Catskills the last 5 years, we find ourselves perpetually eager to explore the hotels and cabins that are tucked away in that neck of the woods. In October we had the chance to experience The Coal Cabin through @RedCottageInc, which is a gorgeous midcentury cabin situated just a few minutes from Phoenicia, one of our favorite quaint Catskills towns, and on a property that feels right out of an idyllic writer’s retreat. It gave us just the dose of inspiration that we needed wandering nearby paths down to the river, playing hours of backgammon by the wood burning fire, and making pancakes in our pajamas with oldies blasting on the speakers.
