Open the Circle is thrilled to announce our next Dance Down by the River!! Join us next week on the Chicago Riverwalk August 21, 2022 from 6-9pm (west end of the Riverwalk). This free event features some of Chicago's most treasured performers, dance groups, DJs and musicians. 6pm-6:45pm Footwork dance workshop led by P-Top, Queen Crystal and Lil Bit 6:45pm-7:30pm Dance Down performance featuring Bringing Out Talent, Empiire, Silent Threat, Legacy 2.0, Goon Squad Footwork Company, DJ Spinn, the Chicago Bucket Boys and host Darnell Payne 7:30pm - 8pm Rich Township Mighty Marching Machine 8pm - 9pm Art on theMART projections: Billiken + Footnotes Special thanks to DCASE, @artonthemart , the Chicago Defender Charities, and the National Endowment for the Arts American Rescue Plan for their generous support.
