Although it was never my plan, landing at @rutgersmlax was the best thing that coulda happened to me as a young player. I did care a lot about where others were going, rankings, write ups etc because I thought it mattered. With time, you can learn to detach from the “noise” and it will help you find more enjoyment in your process and actually push you to the next level quicker.
